KVS Admission 2026-27 – Class 1 Online Registration, Age Limit, Priority Categories & Complete Guidelines

Short Information :
Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) ने Academic Session 2026-27 एवं आगामी सत्रों के लिए Admission Guidelines जारी की हैं। Class-I में Admission Online Mode के माध्यम से होगा। SC के लिए 15%, ST के लिए 7.5%, OBC-NCL के लिए 27% और RTE के तहत 25% Seats Reserved हैं। CwSN के लिए 3% Horizontal Reservation है। Admission Priority Categories के आधार पर दिया जाएगा।

केंद्रीय विद्यालय संगठन (KVS) ने Session 2026-27 के लिए Admission Guidelines जारी की हैं। Class-I में Admission Online Portal के माध्यम से होगा। Priority के आधार पर Central Govt., State Govt., PSU Employees के बच्चों को Admission मिलता है। Class-I के लिए बच्चे की Age 31 March 2026 को 6 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। Class II से VIII में कोई Admission Test नहीं होगा। Class IX में Admission Test (100 Marks, 3 Hours) होगा। Class XI में Marks के आधार पर Stream Allotment होगी।

Class-wise Age Limit (As on 31st March of Admission Year)

⚠️ Note: CwSN (Children with Special Needs) के लिए Maximum Age Limit में 2 वर्ष की छूट मिलती है। Class I के लिए 1 April को जन्मे बच्चे भी Eligible माने जाएंगे।

⚠️ Note: RTE Seats में SC/ST/OBC-NCL Seats शामिल हो सकती हैं। OBC-NCL Seats को SC/ST या RTE से Interchange नहीं किया जा सकता।

⚠️ Note: Admission में Preference उन Parents को मिलेगी जिनके पिछले 7 वर्षों में अधिक Transfers हुए हों।

⚠️ Note: Session 2026-27 में Class I, II, III की Maximum Strength 40 रहेगी। Session 2027-28 से Class IV भी 40 में शामिल होगी।

Method of Admission – Class-wise

Class XI (KV Students)	Class X CBSE Marks के आधार पर Merit List — Science / Commerce / Humanities Stream Allotment | Max 50 Strength

• Birth Certificate (Class I के लिए) — Municipality / Panchayat / Military Hospital द्वारा जारी
• Transfer Certificate (Class II onwards) — State Education Department से Recognized School का
• SC / ST / OBC-NCL / EWS / BPL Certificate (Competent Authority द्वारा जारी)
• CwSN Certificate (Civil Surgeon / Rehabilitation Centre / Competent Authority)
• Service Certificate — पिछले 7 वर्षों के Transfers दर्शाते हुए (Head of Office द्वारा Signed & Stamped)
• Retirement Certificate (Defence Employees के लिए)
• Proof of Residence
• Meritorious Sports Certificate (यदि Concession चाहिए)
• NCC / Scout & Guide / Adventure Activity Certificate (यदि Concession चाहिए)

⚠️ Note: Mere Registration से Admission का अधिकार नहीं मिलता। गलत Certificate पर आधारित Admission तुरंत Cancel होगा।

• President's Police Medal / Police Medal for Gallantry प्राप्तकर्ताओं के बच्चे
• Khelo India / SGFI / CBSE / National / State Level में I, II, III स्थान प्राप्त Meritorious Sports Children
• Rashtrapati Puraskar प्राप्त Scouts & Guides
• National Bravery Award / Bal Shree / Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar प्राप्तकर्ता
• Fine Arts में National/State Level पर मान्यता प्राप्त बच्चे (Kala Utsav Winners सहित)
• PM CARES for Children Scheme — COVID-19 से अनाथ बच्चे (Max 10 per KV, 02 per class) — Class I to XII तक Fees माफ
• Kashmir Migrants के बच्चे — 30 दिन Extra Date, SC/ST जैसी Cut-off Relaxation
