Eligibility Criteria

- Eligible ITI Passout Years: Candidates who have passed ITI in the years 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024 can apply
- ITI Certification: Candidates must have either NCVT or SCVT certification

Salary Structure and Benefits
Salary Package
- Gross Salary: ₹21,000 per month
- Deductions: ₹3,900 (Includes EPF employee share, professional tax, company dormitory charges, and canteen charges)
- Net In-hand Salary: ₹17,100 per month
- Retention Bonus: ₹500 per month
- Statutory Bonus: ₹1,250 per month
- EPF (Company Contribution): ₹1,800 per month
- Total CTC: ₹24,550 per month
