Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have passed 10th with at least 40 percent marks
- ITI pass candidates must have a minimum of 50 percent marks
- ITI pass-outs from recognized institutes are eligible
Age Limit
- Candidates must be between 18 to 26 years of age
- Candidates up to 25 years and 10 months old at the time of joining can apply
- Only male candidates are eligible
Eligible ITI Trades
- Mechanical Trades: Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Tractor Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, Tool and Die Maker
- Automobile Trades: Mechanic Motor Vehicle, Mechanic Auto Body Painting
- Fabrication and Metal Trades: Welder, Sheet Metal Worker, Painter General
- Other Trades: Production Process Operator
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada are preferred
- Work experience in any industry is also considered
Selection Process
- Written Test covering basic aptitude and trade-related questions
- Interview with technical and HR rounds
- Final selection based on performance and merit
