Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline

Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and error-free filing of immigration cases
- Track compliance with immigration regulations using SOPs
- Monitor and report program/process changes
- Resolve employee queries related to visa/work permit applications
- Assist in implementing improvements in processes
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of immigration policies and management
- Ability to work in shifts with a positive attitude
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Quick learner with excellent telephone and conversational skills
