        Job Type: Full-Time (Apprenticeship & Direct Job)

        Age Limit: 18 to 30 years

Eligibility Criteria & Salary Structure:

        ITI Pass Candidates (All Technical Trades)

        Job Role: Apprentice / Direct Job

        Salary: ₹13,574 per month

        Experience Required: Freshers can apply

        Location: Lucknow

Diploma Holders (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics)

        Job Role: Trainee (Noida Plant)

        CTC: ₹17,834 per month

        Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Non-ITI Candidates (10th Pass or Above)

        Job Role: Operator / Helper

        CTC: ₹13,500 per month

        Work Location: Lucknow

Benefits & Facilities:

        Salary Package: Competitive salary with overtime pay

        Working Hours: 8 hours per day

        Overtime: Double Payment for extra hours

        Accommodation: Company does not provide hostel, but assistance will be given
