PwBD Eligibility Details
- Discipline Code 101 से 111 (Technician & ITI Trade) के लिए PwBD candidates eligible नहीं हैं
- Discipline Code 112 (Graduate), 113 & 114 (DEO) के लिए PwBD को Horizontal Reservation मिलेगा
- PwBD के लिए minimum 40% disability certificate competent authority से जरूरी है
- Eligible PwBD Categories:
- PV – Low Vision / Blind
- PH – Hard of Hearing / Deaf
- PL – Musculoskeletal, Dwarfism, Cerebral Palsy, Leprosy Cured, Acid Attack Victim (OA/OL)
- MD – Multiple Disabilities (combination of above)
- Disability Certificate – Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules 2017 के अनुसार जमा करना अनिवार्य है
Qualification Year Eligibility
- Graduate / Technician (Diploma): Qualification between 01/04/2022 to 28/02/2026
- Trade Apprentice (ITI / DEO): Qualification between 01/04/2021 to 28/02/2026
- Part-time / Distance / Correspondence mode के candidates eligible नहीं हैं
- B.E. / B.Tech / MBA / MCA / CA जैसी higher qualification वाले candidates eligible नहीं हैं
- Maximum 2 बार Apprenticeship की जा सकती है, दोनों अलग-अलग trade में
- दो Apprenticeship के बीच minimum 1 year का gap जरूरी है

Selection Process
- कोई Written Test या Interview नहीं होगा
- Merit List – Qualifying Exam के Marks % के आधार पर बनेगी
- Shortlisted candidates को Document Verification के लिए बुलाया जाएगा
- Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness Test पास करना अनिवार्य है
- Apprenticeship complete होने के बाद IOCL में Job का कोई अधिकार नहीं होगा
NAPS / NATS Registration Steps
- Step 1: अपना Portal चुनें —
- Trade Apprentice (ITI / DEO) → apprenticeshipindia.gov.in (NAPS)
- Technician / Graduate Apprentice → nats.education.gov.in (NATS)
- Step 2: Portal पर New Registration करें — Name, Mobile, Email, Category, Educational Details भरें
- Step 3: Profile 100% Complete करें — सभी Personal, Educational और Category Details सही भरें
- Step 4: Login करें और IOCL का Establishment ID Search करें —

- NAPS ID: E01172700332
- Step 5: अपने State और Discipline Code के अनुसार Opportunity Select करें और Apply करें
- Step 6: केवल एक ही Discipline Code में Apply करें — एक से ज्यादा में apply करने पर Reject होगा
- Step 7: Registered Email ID और Mobile Number को Apprenticeship complete होने तक active रखें
