Job Overview
Position: Maintenance Engineer
Company: SAINT-GOBAIN
Work Profile: Preventive & corrective maintenance of shop-floor machines (CNC, presses, injection moulding, furnaces), electrical & automation fault-finding, PLC troubleshooting, pneumatic & hydraulic systems support.
Qualification
- • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in EEE, ECE, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automobile
Required Skill Set
- • Hands-on maintenance experience on CNC machines
- • Siemens PLC programming/troubleshooting
- • Pneumatics & Hydraulics
- • Servo drives & VFDs
- • Press & Injection Moulding machines maintenance (preferred)
- • Electrical furnace maintenance (preferred)
- • Strong fault-finding and preventive maintenance practices
Experience & Preference
- • Experience Required: 4 to 12 years
- • Preference: Candidates with automotive industry background
- • Relocation: Candidates should be willing to relocate to Poonamallee and Sriperumbudur / Kanchipuram (as per business requirement)
- • Joining: Immediate joining preferred
