Experience

• 5–10 years experience in operating vial filling/sealing machines
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations
• Experience in Sterile/Injectable production

Job Description

• Perform cleanliness of area & machines before starting filling process
• Carry out CIP/SIP of machine before commencing filling activity
• Check availability of batch filling record before activity
• Ensure compliance of environmental conditions before filling
• Obtain line clearance from IPQA before filling
• Run machine as per approved SOP & cGMP compliance
• Record all activities in approved formats at the time of operation
