Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine); create & optimize inspection programs (Zeiss software).
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications; perform dimensional inspection and tolerance verification.
- Collaborate with engineering & QC teams to resolve quality issues and support corrective actions.
- Explore new measurement technologies and optimize standard-room CMM programs.
- Handle in-house & third-party calibration activities and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
- Operate VMM, hardness testers, profile projectors, contour/surface/roughness testers as required.
- Use quality tools: DFMEA, Control Plan (CP), PFD, APQP, 7 QC tools; conduct supplier audits.
- Coordinate with customers (MSIL) for NPD issues, jig/fixture validation and customer meetings.

Nice to have: Hands-on experience with Zeiss CMM software, strong GD&T & metrology background, prior exposure to automotive supplier quality processes (MSIL preferred).
