💰 Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹18,700/- CTC (8 hrs shift)
- Overtime: Double @ ₹109 per hour
- Take Home: Up to ₹22,000 per month (with OT)
- Bonus: ₹27,000 annually
- Gratuity: ₹7,000 approx.
- Leaves: SL – 7, CL – 8, EL – 15 (Total 30 annually)
