Position :- Plant Operator, Plant Assistant
Job Location :- Pune, Mumbai (All Areas)
Salary :- ₹ 1-3 Lacs P.A.
Qualification :- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related disciplines
Experience :- 0 to 3 Years
Key Responsibilities :-
- Operate and monitor ETP, STP, RO, and WTP systems in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of pumps, blowers, valves, motors, and other plant equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and assist in troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain detailed logs and operational records; report abnormalities promptly.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and safety compliance standards.
- Handle chemical dosing and monitor critical water quality parameters.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean, hazard-free working environment.
- Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations.
- Be flexible to work in shifts and relocate as per project requirements.
