Position – Engineer
Job Location – Bangalore
Qualification – Diploma in mechanical/BE in Mechanical / Diploma in NTTF or GTTC
- 1. Should be able to read & understand the drawings.(Specially PCB drawings)
- 2. Experience in mechanical software like AutoCAD or solid works /PRO-E.
- 3. Exposure on Jigs & Fixtures and knowledge of tool materials.
- 4. Preparation of mandatory documents like Process Flow Diagram, PFMEA, Process capability, Control Plan ,formats, check lists etc.
- 5. Carrying out time study, method / motion study, capacity & capability study for the purpose of elimination of waste and better utilization of men, machines and materials.
- 6. Development and management of new suppliers for tools, equipments & new manufacturing processes.
- 7. Continuous effort in improving quality, cost, delivery and safety.
- 8. Knowledge of Japanese concepts like TPS, Kaizen, Poka-yoke, Kanban, Takt Time, TPM, JIT, Process Mapping & Value Stream Mapping, PDCA Cycle, QCC Activities, PPAP, APQP, SPC & 7 QC Tools.
