1. General Manager as Unit Head
- Qualification: B.E/M.Tech
- Experience: 10 years as GM/Unit Head in a similar industry
2. Marketing Engineer/Manager
- Qualification: B.E/M.Tech
- Experience: 10 years in marketing in a similar industry
3. HR & Admin Manager
- Qualification: M.B.A in HR
- Experience: 5 years in any manufacturing industry
4. Production Engineers
- Qualification: B.E/M.Tech
- Experience: 10 years in a similar industry
5. Production Planning & Control Engineer
- Qualification: B.E/M.Tech
- Experience: 10 years in a similar industry
6. Metallurgical Engineer
- Qualification: B.E/M.Tech
- Experience: 10 years in a similar industry
7. Quality Control Engineer
- Qualification: B.E/M.Tech
- Experience: 10 years in a similar industry
8. Draughtsman
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 5 years in a similar industry
9. CNC Machine Tools Operator
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/I.T.I
- Experience: 10 years in a similar industry
10. Workshop Foreman
- Qualification: B.E/D.M.E/I.T.I
- Experience: 10 years in a similar industry
11. “A” Grade Fitter
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/I.T.I
- Experience: 10 years in a similar industry
12. Senior Welder
- Qualification: I.T.I
- Experience: 10 years in a similar industry
